Mattress Warehouse has been locally owned in the Michiana community since we opened in 1984. You are our main priority not shareholders and billionaires. We rely on repeat customers in order to compete with the box box stores so that means we offer better service, better prices, better selection and better knowledge of our products. We buy in a national buying group so we can offer our customers the best pricing. Plus, we offer more than just the standard big brands. Sleep in Heavenly Peace:
All children deserve a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads. In Michiana and across the U.S., too many boys and girls go without a bed to sleep on. These children end up sleeping on couches, blankets, and even floors. This can affect their happiness and health. Sleep in Heavenly Peace and Mattress Warehouse have partnered together to help provide beds for families and children in need.
Big Brothers/Big Sisters:
We are proud to be a Gold VIP sponsor for Big Brothers Big Sisters Southern Lake Michigan Region. Big Brothers Big Sisters matches at-risk youth with a mentor. The power of mentorship cannot be overstated – it has the ability to shape lives, inspire dreams, and create lasting change. When young people have a trusted adult to turn to for support and guidance, they are more likely to feel confident, capable, and resilient.
Health & Wellness:
We are proud to support several organizations including Relay for Life Michiana which benefits the American Cancer Society, the St. Joseph Country Out of the Darkness Walk which benefits the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, IUSB School of Social Work, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Local Sports Teams:
Being active and sleeping well go hand in hand so we love to support both youth and adult sports! We sponsor Harris Youth Baseball & Softball, Michiana Soccer Association, South Bend Softball, and the Kroc Center.
